Returns policy:

Jewel quip will glady exchange any item purchased from us, within 5 days of purchase. Items that have a manufacturing fault or defect will kindly be exchanged without any problems. Please note that warranties are not for wear and tear or misused items and supplies.

Once orders are placed and confirmed the client is responsible for payment before or on delivery, unless otherwise arranged.

All goods remain the property of Jewel Quip Cc until paid for in full.

Products:

While Jewel Quip try our best to put the most accurate images, information and data on our website and catalogue about our products, changes, brands, colour, sizing and prices do vary and we will not be held liable for errors.

Prices:

No pricing will be displayed or shown on our website or catalogue. Our prices are according to the exchange rate and fluctuate accordingly. For any pricing please feel free to contact the office for a quotation- 0861 11 5137 / 083 238 9501. Please note that quotations are only valid for one week ( 7 Days ) from quotation date and that Jewel Quip has the right to change prices at any time. 

Please note that while Jewel Quip cc try their best to bring our clients the best quality products available, if a product has a manufacturing defect we will gladly exchange or credit it within 7 days from purchase.

Products purchased on error of client, for whichever reason, will not be exchanged or credited.

Once orders have been confirmed by client they are liable for payment and are property of Jewel Quip cc until paid for in full.

All guarantees are for the manufacturing of products only and not wear and tear. Scales do not have any guarantees.No other guarantee or warranty is longer than one year from purchase year.
